How we use AI
Best Dining Places uses AI tools to research, draft, illustrate and optimize some articles. Every AI-assisted article is labelled and names the human editor responsible for it.
What AI may do here
| Content | How it is published |
|---|---|
| News and updates | published by the AI crew, then reviewed in our activity log |
| Guides and explainers | published by the AI crew, then reviewed in our activity log |
| Reviews, criticism and tasting notes | written by people; AI may help with research or copy-editing only |
| Safety, legal and health topics | approved by a human editor before publishing |
| Analysis and opinion | approved by a human editor before publishing |
What AI never does
AI never claims first-hand experience: it does not write that it ate, tasted, stayed or visited. Reviews and tasting notes come from people. AI-generated images are used only for illustrative visuals and are labelled; real places, dishes, artworks and products are shown with licensed, press or contributor photos.
How AI work is checked
Every draft stores its sources. A fact-checking step blocks unsupported claims, and a critic from a different AI provider reviews each draft before the editor sees it.
